Your AF Seed team now offers buyback schemes for pea varieties Large Blue pea Daytona and Marrowfat pea Kabuki. Read our scheme specifications.
Collection will be from September 2023 to June 2024 with a premium payable if collection is in 2024.
Large Blue buyback: Daytona
- Maximum of 10% bleached
- Moisture percentages – 13% – 16% (with allowances up to 17%)
- Maximum admixture of 2%
- Maximum Waste and Stain of 10%
- Cracked seed coats of up to 5%
- Insect damage of up to 2%
- Free from marsh spot and heated peas
- Peas must cook and soak
Marrowfat buyback: Kabuki
- Any percentage of bleach allowed with no claims
- Moisture percentages – 13% – 16% (with allowances up to 17%)
- Maximum admixture of 2%
- Maximum Waste and Stain of 10%
- Cracked seed coats of up to 5%
- Insect damage of up to 2%
- Stones specification up to 10 stones in 7kg intake sample
- Free from marsh spot and heated peas
- Peas must cook and soak
