Account Manager

I am one of AF’s friendly and welcoming Account Managers for our Members, to help you get the most from your AF membership and explore the ways we can take care of your business needs.

With a strong background in horses, and coming from a farming family, I’ve always had an interest in all things farming and rural. My career path has been deeply rooted in customer facing environments, as this is an area I thoroughly enjoy and am truly passionate about. Within my previous roles of B2B account management and farming partnerships executive, I’ve built long lasting and meaningful relationships with customers.

My unique and diverse career history means I can help Members in a variety of ways and bring a fresh, positive approach to their needs.

With a versatile background spanning various customer-facing sectors, I’ve gathered invaluable experience in industries ranging from board game distribution to media production, and even dog grooming. My adaptable skill set and passion for delivering memorable service have been an asset since I joined AF in April 2023, and I look forward to building relationships and working behind the scenes to help streamline AF and positively impact Members’ experiences.

‘You never stop learning’, this has not been more true since I joined AF in February 2023. I previously worked in Crop Protection but am now a keen new addition to your Membership Team.

I am from an Agricultural background, my family has been involved in the agricultural sector for hundreds of years. Before AF I have previous experience working on arable and dairy farms. I graduated in 2020 with a FdSc in Agricultural Management.

I enjoy speaking with every Member and getting them the best service that I can.

Paul Molloy

Business Development Manager

Tasked with bringing on new farming and rural business Members, my aim is to deliver great customer service to our Members and add as much value to your membership as possible.

As well as a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services AF procures (such as telecoms, fuels, energy, and vehicles) I like to think I deliver a fantastic experience to our Members each and every time we interact. You need to trust you’re getting the right product or service, at the right time, at the right price from your AF team. As well as a listening ear, I’ll bring my ‘can do’ attitude to my new role and will work hard to build trust and forge a strong professional relationship with every Member I meet.

Louis Clabburn

Through my career, family and industry connections, I understand first-hand the challenges, changes and opportunities farmers face and enjoy helping the AF Members navigate these.

I have a poultry, dairy and arable farming background and joined the AF Group in 2011.   I have previously headed up the Commercial and Marketing function of a multiple award winning social enterprise and worked in New York and London for a technology consulting company.

As Head of Member Services I draw my personal and professional experience together to find new and improved ways to help Members to understand how AF works, how it could help their business and save them time so they can get on with their farming.

I joined AF in 2004 and have extensive knowledge of the farming industry as I come from a farming background.

I have previously worked at one of the largest law firms and am qualified within the motor trade. I have always worked within customer service roles which is why I love speaking to so many different Members every day.

I love helping Members make the most of their membership by understanding their needs and working with the teams to deliver.

I have worked for AF for 14 years, starting in accounts, progressing through Fuel & livestock, gaining my RAMA qualifications,  and finally coming to rest in the Membership team, which I love. My role sees me engage with all types of farm businesses from Lands End to John O’ Groats , helping Members and prospective Members to understand how AF works, how it could help their business and save them time so they can get on with their farming.

I am passionate about working with people to solve their business issues as well as showcasing to farmers the benefits of AF membership.

I have worked within customer facing environments as an account manager for over 15 years and have been with the membership team here at AF since 2016. My role sees me engage with all types of farm businesses throughout the country, helping Members and prospective Members to understand how AF can help them, their staff, and ultimately their business.

I’ve worked in many customer facing roles during my career, and strongly believe that providing excellent customer service at all times leads to solid customer relationships and establishing trust.

I joined AF in 2010 and have worked in a variety of Member facing roles within the business. My administrative background, positive attitude, strong efficiency skills and in-depth knowledge of how AF works has led me to manage the Member Services team.  Our priority is to ensure we deliver first class customer service, exceed our Members’ expectations, and build lasting relationships with our Members.
