Trouble shopping in Mole?
What’s the problem?
A number of Members have told us that they have experienced problems when trying to purchase goods via their AF Membership from Mole Valley Farmers and Mole Country Stores.
What is the supplier saying?
Mole Valley Farmers have issued this statement:
“Mole Valley Farmers and Mole Country Stores have implemented a new computer system throughout our retail stores and wider business to both update and improve systems.
Unfortunately, this has bought about some minor changes to the till point processing system and as such we now require each AF member to have a designated account number linked to AF.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continued custom.”
What do you need to do?
If you shop with Mole Valley Farmers or Mole Country Stores and would like these purchases invoiced through your AF account, please contact your AF Livestock Inputs team with the following information:
– AF Membership number
– Contact name
– Address including postcode
– Contact telephone number
– Contact email address

We will liaise with Mole Valley Farmers to ensure that your in-store account is active and will provide you with an account number for use in-store and for delivered items.
