Natasha Edwards

Livestock Inputs Procurement Manager

I joined AF in May 2020 and bring with me a wealth of enthusiasm to drive the Livestock Inputs team forward during these volatile times.

I am R-SQP RAMA qualified to advise and prescribe for farm, equine and companion animals. I have a background in Customer Service, Sales and Key Account Management in the agricultural sector. Born into a family with lots of equine interest, I have previously managed dressage and eventing competition yards for Olympic and International level riders as well as competing up to Prix St George on my own horse. I am also a qualified BHS AI UKCC Level 3 horse riding coach. In my spare time I help to manage our family Equestrian Centre and Livery Yard.

Maureen O’Brien Key

Animal Health & Equipment Specialist

I have a vast amount of knowledge of animal health and an intricate understanding of AFs membership. I also work closely with suppliers to review terms and service levels.

I am a dairy farmer’s daughter and a R-SQP RAMA qualified to advise and prescribe for farm, equine and companion animals. I graduated from Harper Adams with a Hons BSc in Animal Science in 2004. I then travelled the Southern Hemisphere before joining AF 14 years ago as a livestock specialist and buyer. I went on to manage AF First Milk and then progressed to managing the AF Livestock team before becoming a mother of two boys.

Feed & Equipment Specialist

I have worked at AF alongside helping to manage the family farm on which venison, lamb, chicken and pork are produced on contract for various processors.

In addition to a HND in Agriculture from Writtle College, I have also gained practical experience developed through managing two herds of Holsteins, the first being our own Forte Herd and the second being the world-renowned Hayleys Herd. Further knowledge of the equine world gained through working with Baileys Horse Feeds within their mill and stud. I oversee the AF feed contracts and provide support with the Feed Groups.

Frances Roberson

Livestock Inputs Coordinator

The practical understanding of livestock farming I bring to my role comes from upbringing on a livestock farm and current role as Chair of Norfolk Young Farmers.

I grew up on a beef & arable farm and got my degree in Business and Event Management from Chichester University. I joined AF as Harvest Co-ordinator in 2019 before travelling in Thailand, Malaysia & Bali. I re-joined AF the next year as Harvest Co-ordinator and then started on the Livestock team. I’ve been in Norfolk Young Farmers since 2015, in 2019 I was the show’s chairlady helping coordinate the Forever Farming Pageant in the Grand Ring at the Norfolk Show and I was Chair of Wymondham Young Farmers 2020-2021. I am currently awaiting my exam results for my AMTRA RAMA qualification.

Hannah Durham

Livestock Inputs & Feed Coordinator

I started at AF in the Member service team. I have enjoyed the journey to the Livestock Inputs team as animals, particularly horses, are a key part of my life and professional expertise.

I am currently awaiting my AMTRA results to which, once passed, I will become a qualified SQP. I enjoy all aspects of farming but mainly enjoy the equine side. I have a First Diploma and National Diploma at Easton College in Horse management. This gave me the encouragement to work away in Texas, USA, for 2 years on a ranch. Easton college is also where I met my partner of 14 years to whom I live with in a small Norfolk village on his family’s arable farm along with our young children.

Kristian Dunham

Head of Livestock Inputs & General

I cover one of the most diverse areas within AF with a wide variety of product areas.

I have been working with AF and our Members for much of my career, initially through an approved supplier before joining the General Supplies team within AF. Over the last four years I have moved on to become the Business Manager for General, one of the most diverse areas within AF and one that crosses over with many other departments.  This position is key in that it gives me a unique insight into how the needs of our Members and the departments they use are intertwined, with many natural cross overs that, once identified, can add value for Members and maximise returns from every interaction.
