Following our strategy of re-focussing AF firmly on procurement, AF Affinity is now our only subsidiary, and I am pleased to let you know that it has been reorganised and simplified to sit seamlessly alongside your core co-operative.

Affinity Fuels uses the same IT systems, staff and suppliers as AF and it is generally busier in the winter when farm businesses are quieter. The result is a virtuous circle where both businesses support each other, ultimately driving lower fuel prices for you and other Members.


A sprint from the start

Despite the deliberately quiet launch we’ve already supplied 100,000 litres of kerosene within the first few days of trading. And we are now preparing to promote the business to a wider audience.

To summarise, Affinity Fuels is not a dangerous diversification for AF. This is a strategic simplification of an already successful business which will strengthen our most successful procurement category. By building scale without increasing our costs we will increase our influence with suppliers and secure even better value for you and other Members.
