The National Farm Management Conference 2026
5th November
This year, the National Farm Management Conference brings together farmers, managers, advisers and industry leaders at One Great George Street, Westminster, for a day of practical insight and discussion.
Under the theme Lead. Connect. Grow., this year’s programme addresses questions that matter to agricultural businesses:
How can farm data support better commercial decisions? Mark Hall of Waldersey Farms will explore turning information into actionable profit.
Where are the opportunities for business growth? Dan Morris of Warrendale Wagyu will discuss differentiation and demand-led growth, while Dr Awal Fuseini of AHDB will explore the Halal market opportunity.
How do you bring people with you through change? Matthew Naylor, Tom York and Kendra Hall will contribute perspectives on workforce management, business culture and communication.
Are you approaching your farm as a business manager? James Smith of Loddington Farm will offer his perspective.
The programme also includes contributions from Sophie Throup, Mark Suthern and Chris Gerrard on professionalism, environmental stewardship and water management.
With opportunities to put questions to speakers and exchange ideas with fellow delegates, the conference provides time to consider your next decisions and make useful connections across the sector.
