3 Beautiful holiday cottages are set in parkland in the picture post card village of Ayston, 1 mile from Uppingham and just off the A47.
The cottages are fully accessible sleeping between 2 and 6, converted with multi generational families and couples in mind, we welcome people of all ages to our quiet agricultural setting. Our one bedroom cottages have 3 bedroom sized living spaces, light airy and generous enough for electric wheelchairs to move round with ease.
Excellent walking, E bike Hire, local stately homes, fantastic food and Rutland Water all bring people to discover our beautiful county. With architecture similar to the Cotswolds but without the tourists, lots of people comment it is the best of all worlds. Oakham, Stamford, Oundle, Market Harborough and Melton Mowbray are all within 15 miles for great days out, but a lot of our guests just enjoy the views and our Limousin x suckler cows with calves at foot ambling past the windows.
