AF event booking terms & conditions

By booking a place at this event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Confirmation

Your place at the event is confirmed once your booking has been accepted by AF and you have received written confirmation.

2. Attendance

You agree to attend the event on the date and at the time stated in your booking.

3. Cancellation

If you are unable to attend, you must notify the AF team as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

4. Failure to Attend

If you do not attend the event and do not notify AF of such we reserve the right to charge you for the reasonable and proportionate cost of food and refreshments that were ordered for you (and any guests you booked a place for if they also do not attend).

You will not be charged if you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control, including (but not limited to): serious illness or injury, family emergency, unavoidable travel disruption (such as severe weather), or other force majeure events.

AF may request reasonable evidence where appropriate.

No additional penalties or administrative fees will be charged.

5. Changes or Cancellation by AF

AF reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event or to cancel it. If the event is cancelled by AF, no non-attendance charges will apply.
