You will work alongside a small team to drive performance and sales. You will be involved in all aspects of a customer focussed role.

Previous experience in the industry is not essential but is advantageous, however, the desire to achieve the absolute best in customer service is.

Duties

  • Creating and maintaining product listings on our e-commerce platforms, including writing product descriptions, adding imagery, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory information.
  • Maintenance of all e-commerce & social media platforms
  • Marketing of our services and products
  • Assisting in all store operating procedures such as sorting stock, stock rotation, deliveries, merchandising, pricing.
  • Liaising with the team to maximise online sales.
  • Creating picking lists, packing of shipments, and raising commercial invoices in accordance with requirements.
  • Payment processing and shipping requirements
  • Order processing and Packing
  • Receiving of goods and ensuring effective storage and stock control of product and stock rotation
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Working as part of a small team
  • Provide the highest level of customer service & support

Other responsibilities may include

  • You will be asked to participate in the day to day tasks of the business which may not be limited to the above
  • Assist with stock takes as required

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
